How about giving us a sample menu for a day. Include exercise and water intake. You'll be surprised by what some of the more experienced people will see.
Regardless...don't let it discourage you. Weightloss is not a linear thing. It's going to go up and down across the days, weeks, and months. The important thing is the
overall trend is downward. Stick with the plan. Afterall , isn't this a life-long change, not short term?
