ROSIE ~ that's interesting; I am trying to find lots of healthy low-cal snacks becuz snacking is my nemesis. One of my favorites is yogurt with chunks of apple in it ... so very filling. Yes, you are so correct, you do have to be diligent with the treat snacks and eat only one at-a-time or you'll be in trouble.
So, I bought some mini-plastic containers and make them up ahead; and baggies would do just as well ~ just toss them in the freezer. I put mine in a cupboard in our spare room as well; have to go all the way in there to get them, and my freezer is in a porch behind our house. I like to buy fruit and put them into mini-cups in the freezer as well, ie blueberries & strawberries; this is so handy -- just grab & go.
Yes, we have some great deli meats here for only 50 calories a slice (Budding is one of them); can't remember the other one right now, but you get two nice slices of deli meat for 100 calories: perfect on a thin-bread or rolled up in a large Romaine lettuce leaf.
TIP: I try to only buy healthy snacks that I know that I won't

thanks for that great list!
You are very welcome ... Glad if it can help others too!
BTW ~ I went shopping today and found a few more 100-Calorie Snack items and added them to the list -- soya nuts, banana chips, and Curve Fiber Bars which were on sale today ... yeah! There are many bars and fiber treats being made today in little packs for only 100 calories; saw several kinds in the cracker & cereal aisle this morning. If I find any more ideas, I will come in and update the list ...
