Morning, everyone!
Well, my house is finally a chocolate-free zone again. All the choccie eggies have been given out or eaten (by Kevin) and all we are left with is the smell of some choccie scented candles, pot pourri and drawer liners Kevin thought would be a suitable substitute present for me instead of my usual white chocolate egg - so now all my undies smell good enough to eat - and the whole house really pongs of it which is making my mouth water.
Sorry for not posting much these last few days, we had visitors every day this weekend! The ones on Friday, Saturday and Sunday were planned, but then his family did their usual trick of ringing up at 10pm Sunday evening to tell us that they were coming over for Monday (nice of them to let us know in advance this time - it gave me a chance to get stuff out of the freezer).
I have had too much to eat and not enough exercise, but it was a lovely rest and I am feeling a bit more positive about dieting again, although I doubt I will lose anything this week. Nevermind.... fresh start today!
Chris,

How strange.... I wouldn't have thought that American lamb would taste any different from British lamb (or even New Zealand lamb - which is where mine came from on Sunday). I did have roast lamb in Greece once and that tasted different, but I thought that was the herbs they used.
