Hi ladies, I came in to post my shedule and saw your posts. jcatron is the lady kind enough to have started this great thread! It has helped me tremendously. Along the lines of what jc posted, all are welcome! THose from previous months as well as those people joining in. Everyone just sets their own goals, regardless of what they are, our goals vary. 4/3 - nada, sore leg
4/4- 52 minute walk ( 2.80 , feel so much better)
4/5 90 min. (aerobics-30 min., walk-30 min. 1.75mi., toning-30 min.)
4/6 60 min. (aerobics-30 min, walk-30min, 1.72mi.)
