Well, I have been to the gym... got weighed - and am 14 pounds more than I thought

But - at least I am now doing something about it, so am NOT going to let it get to me. I am more ready than ever to get this all started! I have just measured all my vital statistics, (yikes!), and started a book tracking my food intake everyday.

10 pounds by Halloween sounds good to me!

Smile Count Me In

So, the turkey and all the fixins are over, I had to eat .

I can easily get through New Year's Eve and New Year Day with a glass of wine .

I exercise using: Walk Away The Pounds For Your Abs with 5 lb handweights and I have just recently purchased "Turbo Jam."
