Angry Mayo Clinic Plan ~ Day #3

B-2 eggs fried in butter // 3 bacon
3 black decaf & 6 oz g.f. juice

L-Chef salad w/ham - 6 oz g.f. juice

D-Salad // Grilled steaks (*no shrimp) - 6 oz g.f. juice

Water - water - water (1) diet sprite

I'm feeling tummy "pooch"! I don't feel bloated just "poochy". Maybe it's all the lettuce! Still not feeling hungry in between meals. So far so good!

DH is holding on, too. I don't think he ate enough at lunch yesterday as he wanted to nibble around 4:00. He got the lecture and an extra egg this morning! He's a breadaholic and is missing his wheat toast. Poor baby! NOT!

Default Friday - LC for three days, I hope

Gonna try a very low carb day to see if it starts my loss again. I think I can go a day or two without milk and fruit and a bit of bread.

B. 2 egg omelet with ham and small amounts of onion and
peppers

L. Going to the Pub - a Friday treat. (He needs the points this
week!)
Will probably have wings and salad with oil & vinegar dressing

D. BBQ Beef skewers
Green beans (third planting is producing!)
cucumber in sour cream with dill

Once again the water bottles are ready. Am aiming for 80 oz.
