I'm glad I'm not the only daily weigher. Well... I know I'm not, but it is good to know I'm in such GOOD company.
LOL yah you beat me to it... barely! I have learned not to care what the "experts" say... I am smart enough to know whether or not I want to weigh myself every day. I tried once a week and it drove me nuts.... I want to KNOW!!!

Since the scale is at work I DO have to wear clothes though LOLOL

I know I can lose lots of weight happily and successfully without tracking it on the scale regularly. I did it once before. But I fell into a denial trap when I started regaining. I stayed off the scale and almost as if I had blinked gained most all of my weight back.

Since joining 3FC I've taken the advice of some of our Maintainers and gotten on the scale every single day. This is to create a habit that will keep me accountable even after I reach my ultimate "red line" weight.

The only challenge I have to this daily weighing is the mind games I started playing with myself. Eating more than I might have because the scale was stable so why not. I've gotten through that and now see the measurement as a number. Just a number.

I have mini red lines now. +6 pounds of the lowest weight I've seen on the scale. (a good range for me as I can see 6 pounds difference overnight sometimes.. then whoosh it's gone).

I weigh everyday. And will for the rest of my life. (oh.. unless I am on vacation or something like that without a private scale.. since I HAVE to weigh myself naked. )

I'm surprised so many people weigh themselves naked. I suppose every bit helps.

For me it's a matter of precision - me having a mathematical/scientific brain and being in accounting. My scale weighs me up to .2lbs. If I weigh naked, then the only variable is my body. :-)
