I will set a goal of losing 4 pounds. My main goal is to stop the weight gain cold and get inside my head to eat right, plan and prepare, and when I can I'll get on the treadmill.

I know exactly what you mean. Do you go to meetings? I went to the one over on Little Road and Pleasant Ridge (and Green Oaks, LOL -- what an intersection, huh?) on Saturday mornings last summer but then started having to work most Saturdays so it didn't work out. We also had the @Work program but they're not doing it at the current time.

I live in Mansfield actually, but work and do practically everything else in Arlington. Anyway, welcome again!

I too went to the meetings on Little Rd./Green Oaks/Pleasant Ridge (on Sat.)! I got so busy with my children's extra activities so Saturday did not work out. We are currently thinking about starting WW @ work. I think it would give us all the motivation to do this. Thanks again for welcoming me!

Plan to exercise exercise exercise

Update: I have exercised this weekend, not as much as I wanted but it's a start.
Saturday: 20 minutes on the gazelle and about 10-15 mins bellydancing
Sunday: 20 mins ballet video and I'm getting ready to do 15-20 on the gazelle
It's a start!

Thanks Vickie! I'm actually sore today, believe it or not.
Oh, and I should say that I never gazelled last night, so I didn't do as good as it may seem. But the ballet sure did work my abs and arms.
