WTG 2BFIT for already meeting your goal. I think I am making exercise my goal for next week. I need some serious motivation in that department!!

I didn't hook into this thread until now but my goal this week was to NOT have any wine with dinner. I didn't decide this until Tuesday but did OK Tues, Wed., Thurs. and Friday. I did have two glasses of wine at darts on Wed. but that wasn't with dinner. I have a dinner party tonight but it will be a no booze event so I should be OK.
