That was one of my first behavioral changes I had to teach myself - no eating after 7 or 8 pm. First of all, your body doesn't get a chance to burn it off. Second, it is so easy to eat mindlessly in front of the TV at night. After about a week, I really did become adjusted to it. Now I would say I have an evening snack about once a month or so (you know, when TOM is about to visit?!

) But overall, once I've finished dinner, I am done eating for the night.
Keep at it Anita, it will become a habit, I promise!
