I have the same problem. I always eat 12 M&Ms as a treat at night. I have been eating it about 20 mins. after dinner. I know this sounds crazy, but once I eat that treat I make sure that my kitchen is cleaned and ready for tomorrow. I dont' go back in my kitchen after that treat. Trust me, it is very tempting to eat the whole bag of M&Ms, but I know better.
) But overall, once I've finished dinner, I am done eating for the night.
