I did work out last night after I posted, thanks for the motivation.
Today, I haven't had the time yet, but I need to make it a priority. I'll do it after this. It's always good to write it down, because it makes me stick to it.
I did well with my portions today. I was surprised that I went from breakfast to lunch without being overly hungry. Usually I have a snack in between. I made it from lunch to dinner without one too!
First day of school went well. My morning wasn't hectic or anything. Smooth sailing!

Well today I walked Hunter to school, and we'll walk back up there to get him this pm. That will be a mile. I still have to do situps today, but I have washed both vehicles, and I waxed mine (suv) ....wax on wax off, LOL. I was reliving Karate Kid!

I haven't eaten much at all today so far I really need to make up some calories.

Coffee - 52
Special K with Berries/NF milk - 160
Lunch Dannon Yogurt - 60

Yup definately need some calories there I know we are having chicken and rice that is 420 calories.... maybe some carrots oh and apples those have 126 calories each... well somehow I'll get to 1300.

Hey you guys, do you want to set a mini goal for september? I weigh in on Monday the 29th. Do you guys want to have like a 10 lbs goal for september or if that's too much, then 5 lbs. I've been reading everyones posts all over the forum, and when I see those mini goals, it seems like a good idea!

Then we can push each other.

Mini goal sounds good. I'll go for 165lbs. (7 lbs.) too! Let's do it...

Today I ran around like a wild woman/mom/teacher. First to the school to get my class in shape, kids to practices, grocery shopping ($221 ouch), back to school a second time and to another practice.

Today:
B-Cheerios/milk - 185
L-Chinese Chicken Salad-500
S-Popcorn (air popped with butter spray and sf jello powder sprinkled on - yum) 150
S- Nabisco 100 cal Chips Ahoy snack pack-100
D-Have not had dinner yet but I think I'll have a Lean Cuisine and a salad - 450

Total-1385

Have not exercised today. I am going to do my Ab Ripper tape as soon as I sign out.

I didn't do my ab ripper yesterday, I didn't realize how late it was and my family was asking for dinner. Total calories for yesterday 1585.

I'm putting on my tennies right now to get on the elliptical trainer.

Have a great day!

I got my abs done last night (wasn't sure if I would, but Hubby started doing his, and I couldn't be left out)
well I walked Hunter to school again today, but we won't be able to do that this afternoon (raining) I'm cleaning the house today, then plan on getting on the treadmill with a Moive. I hope to stay on for the whole movie, but we'll see. .

Again with all the cleaning I'm not getting enough calories. yesterday I got to 1235 only because of the Doritos (BAD) but DH eat the rest of them so I don't have to worry about that today. I plan on having some more fruit. and mabye a energy drink. I'm at 410 with lunch.

I like the seven pounds mini goal for september, after I weigh in on monday I'm gonna set up that ticker.

Hugs,

Getting the calories in is not (usually) a problem for me!!!
So far today:
B-Grape Nuts, nf milk - 200
L-Turkey Sandwich, grapes - 450
S- Nabisco snack pack- 100
(Planned for dinner) Healthy Choice, grapes - 500
D-Popcorn-120

Total projected-1370

Worked out for 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer today and went in to work to put together a bulletin board (took forever). I'm going back in this evening to continue working on my classroom. I have vowed to not go to bed tonight without doing the Ab Ripper.

I'll weigh in on Monday too. Thanks for keeping me motivated!

Michele

ARGH....DH bought the boys cream cookies (my downfall 190 calories each and I've had THREE today) I explained to him not to buy them any more, or buy them one each so none are here when I get home. I'm at 1525 calories today. I've done my abs and gotten 7 20oz bottles of water (spent most of the day in the bathroom, LOL) I have a feeling that I'm not going to lose this week (been on the scale, bad Angela ) and I haven't seen any loss. I know the scale flucuates, and that's why you stick to the same day/time, so who knows. Aunt Flo has shown up also....sigh no wonder those cookies looked so good.

Wow... All I did today was to crave junk food. I ended up doing okay...about 1400 calories. I'm trying to figure out why I craved...I did have lots of asparatame today (diet soda) that's probably it.
I need to do better with my water, you've inspired me!
I'm worried about the weigh in on Monday too. I really don't feel any lighter. I guess we'll find out soon enough.
Have a good Sunday.

Those cream cookies cookies are calling to me too! Gosh they are soooo good, and soooo high in calories! They don't last long around here, so I try, I said try, not to buy them. (Occasionally they jump in my cart.)
I didn't get all my exercise in this week-end, back to it today though. Friday, we went to the German-American Festival just down the street from us; it's like we can't not go. Food is so good, beer is flowing. We usually see a lot of people we know in the community, but it is also fun people watching. At least we did walk.
I avoided the scale very easily this weekend, sort of dreading it tomorrow, but all in all my fall off the wagon wasn't very far, or for very long! Sometimes that is all we can hope for.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Well, I spent 5 hours at the ball field today. The weather is unusually hot for So. CA. I feel like the heat alone is making me burn calories - it's so draining.
Today:
B-Grapenuts/milk-200
S-Red Globe grapes 80
L-Tuna salad, pita chips 625
S- soft pretzel (at the ballpark-ugh)249
D- cheeseburger w/o bun, califlour, grapes 580
D-popcorn 120
total-1859 (oops, a bit high)
I'm did pretty good with the water today but I did not get any exercise in.
Back to work tomorrow. Happy weigh in!

Well I lost a pound. I'll take it! I got my mini goal for september set up. Yea. So here's to our Mini goal. Yesterday was my "day off " from exercise. Calorie intake was 1266. I'm gonna stick with around 1350 for calorie intake this week.

Today my goal is 2 miles on the treadmill and my ab work out.
