GEAA -- I love new programs ... This one looks interesting and I may give it a try this winter which is when I get bored at the gym and have more time to spend there and I like change...In the stickies at the top of the LWL forum I had posted an interesting workout Escalating Density Training (EDT), which I do in the winter time too...

I get bored too Lanaii! I need change!! That's why I like doing so many different exercises (some of them work the same muscles, but at least I don't get bored!!)

I like the just cardio days, I combine the cardio with some serious stretching and it is really some serious work. I also like to do upper and lower workouts each twice a week, and am not at my maximum yet. It does allow for some good recovery time. I am doing serious cardo twice a week and some goofy bike riding or something once a week. Overall, interesting workout routine. Love the pilates for abs too.

Of course, I am doing way more than I was doing last year.

I don't have any "just cardio" days unless I'm taking a cardio class or something. I am trying to work on that and yesterday I did the elliptical after my back/bicep workout and was amazed that I could do 20 minutes on it. I have found though that my dislike of cardio has resulted in me having too fast of a weight rotation so I need to break it up somehow.

I hear ya, Nelie, I do a fair amount of cardio, but I freakin' hate it! I want to have a cardio-only day at the gym, however, as after I lift I'm no good for anything I'm that sore! Especially legs.

I am toying with the idea of doing a little cardio (15 minutes) after I do my push/pull workouts. Not sure.

This week I've done 35 minutes so far, will do 45-60 on Wednesday and a bit on Friday when I go to my PT.
