TG: How can they call it a team if they seperate you all? That just isn't right. Hope you don't have to go to HR...but if you do hopefully they'll realise that woman's an idiot! Congrats with staying OP and going to the gym!

Leenie: How ya be? How's the project coming?

Jules: Congrats on staying OP during football. Great way to make excellent choices Keep up the good work. I seem to be better at GIVING advice and encouragement than taking it

Pam: Welcome to the board Why not check out the gyms first and see what the people look like first? Not sure, but do some of them do a trial basis of a day or so? As for the pool....call them and ask if suits are mandatory or if you could wear t-shirts and shorts. Some pools allow that (ours does).

Well, so far it's an OP day. Not sure what I'm doing though. When I first started, I ate breakfast, lunch and supper. That's it. Now I'm eating breakfast, a snack and supper. Where'd my lunch go? I cut down on my cheese intake and I think that's part of the problem. I need to figure out what to take for a snack..and then what to have for lunch. But I'm not hungry for lunch due to the snack...so do I really NEED lunch? Maybe I should start skipping the snacks again and just eat lunch when I get home. THAT seemed to work when I started so maybe I need to switch to that again. I noticed that once I drank a soda (diet of course) at the gun club that that is when I started wanting fries and a hamburger. So maybe I can't allow myself that stuff?

ok, eating has been horrible AGAIN today. *sigh* TOM I guess is killing my willpower this month. Good excuse anyway

I am packing all the right stuff tomorrow and not hitting the vending machine!!!!

Jules: You know the funny thing is that water has never been a problem for me. At least on this WOE anyway.......I have a 24oz water bottle and I just keep filling it up. I actually crave water sometimes.

PamPSM644: Welcome. Congrats on being on your 4th week. How is it going?

Brenda: If you aren't hungry I guess it is ok as long as you had a snack. What are you having for snacks though? For a while there I was never hungry then all **** broke lose again

Well I am off soon. I have a meeting to go to tonight.

Jane: Usually I'll have a couple pieces of beef jerky (home made), or sausage chunks w/cheese (that's where all the extra cheese count came in). I need to vary my snacks also. lol. Nothing in my menu is very different than the week before. I tend to eat the same thing over and over. Kind of like before I started this WOE. Only healthier
