Lightbulb Need Suggestions For A Low-Carb Treat

My birthday is the 14th and I'm still doing the 20 carb intro. I'm feeling a little sorry for myself. This will be the first year I won't be getting our families traditional choc.prune cake from the bakery. Can anyone think of something ,[besides sugarfree jello],that might substitute even a little and still stay in My range.? I know it's probably to much to hope for.

Atkins chocolate chocolate-chip muffins only have 6g of net carbs and are so good even my kids (6 & 10) eat them. Carbsense Mini-carb carrot cake claims to have only 4g net carb and it is yummy too. I made cream cheese frosting using the regular recipe but with splenda instead of sugar - tasted good.

Thanks for the ideas.I was feeling a little blue about turning the big 50 as it was and then to think I'd have to settle for sugarfree jello.UGH!

I posted a recipe for pumpkin squares (cake?) in the recipe section. Not sure how to make a LC cream cheese frosting. That would be EXCELLENT on it!!
