Thanks girls... I don't notice it in the clothes either, but it could be so slight that I just don't notice it yet. I am not going to give up, I am determined to lose and more importantly be healthier and in better shape. I just wonder sometimes if I should be doing something differently to lose more. But...I know with exercise it will eventually come off. I just have to keep the motivation up!!

You go golfergirl
Great attitude!!
I do have one tip though..I drink green tea to keep off excess water weight, it really seems to help, and I can lose up to 2 pounds quick

Keep up the awsome work!!!

Golfergirl- I would suggest eating a few more points.I know when i was hitting the gym hard a few years ago I had better weight loss when I ate a few more points. This also helped me lose after the birth of my dd last year. Some people just need more pts to lose. It worked for me, maybe it will work for you.

I have had a couple of not so great days. I am down to my last 8 days at work, and things are nuts between coaching, finals, and trying to get all my marks into the computer and my units wrapped up. I have been about 10-15 pts over each day.
My goal for the next 2 weeks is to not gain, and then start hitting the program and the gym hard once I move home on Jan. 30. That will give me 2 weeks to work really hard to meet my goal.
I am also setting a new long term goal for myself- to get back to goal by August 1- my 10 year reunion is in August and I want to look great!
Are any of you still having children? It really makes it hard to get motivated to lose, when you know you will have to do it again!! But then I also want to take it off so I have less to lose after the next one....so much to consider!
Have a great day, ladies! Let's all stay OP all day, drink lots of water, and exercise!!!

Thanks Saskiemom! I will try that, I can always handle eating more points :-) It sure could be that's the problem. I know when I have dieted before and not had enough calories that I don't lose anything even when I'm not eating much so it could be the same sort of thing.

Last night...I had dinner with the girls until 7:30 and had way too much to do to go to the gym so I will work out hard tonight. Then I am off to Vegas Thurs-Sun for meetings. I will try to get in some good gym time while I am there but I don't know how much extra time I will have. Part of the "meeting" is that at 10pm we go to the clubs because it's a meeting about doing bar promotions. It's fun, but I am always exhausted by the time I get home from this meeting, not much spare time!! But I have snacks in baggies so I won't eat horribly all day! Even if I don't have the healtiest dinner the rest of the day won't be as bad.

It must be the cold weather. I know I'm hanging out inside much more than usual.
Anyway, at my official WI I was down .6#. It blew my mind because I had had a great week of food and exercise and my home scale showed me down 1 1/2#. However, after clearing my head I'm fine with this. I only need to lose one more pound
and I'll be back to my lowest point in 2003. From then on out it's new weight loss territory for me! I'm on track for Valentine's Day and I feel I can meet my 6pound total weight loss as long as I keep on keepin' on.
Good luck to everybody and let's do this!

Judy, don't be too disappointed with The WW scale. It may show up there next week New weight loss territory that will be exciting. I have 18 pounds to go before I hit new territory. I started a new job and found it stressful and ate and gained 23 pounds, then I got pregnant, not good on the body But new territiry will be fun once I get there too.

Have fun in Vegas Golfergirl, you're smart to bring snacks of your own. More points, that's always good

Tara, funny you should ask about still having kids. One of my rewards once I lose the weight will be too try and get pregnant again. I want to feel better about how I look when I'm pregnant. I didn't gain too much with this pregnancy, but that's becasue I already was overweight, but when I'm a goal I will probably gain a ton. Oh well, we'll have to see. But first we have to get to goal, or at leasst my VD goal.

Hi Christie

Have a good day all

Diana
