we're in the annual two week period at work where all us Euro's turn up an hour late to zoom meetings with US staff
Unfortunately for me the extra hour of light later just means it’s not as dark when I leave my office. I have a few more weeks of crazy at work then I can get back into rebuilding my house & taking care of my health.

not really what I'd hoped for this month, but I didn't really put in the effort, so I'm grateful that I lost anything.
the weather has been lousy here this week, so I haven't been able to get out & get any exercise as I'd planned, but hopefully now that we have the lighter evenings I can be a bit more active.
