Wendy, that's terrific progress over time and a great idea to take a moment to recognize that.
MrBadger, I looked for a lion in the emoticons, but didn't see one. Instead, I'll give you this meme that your username makes me think of: Badger manners : memes (reddit.com)

WendyWants2Change: Today is a new day! That's the attitude that really helps me in the long run.
I assuming that my body is adjusting to the strength-training that I've been doing for the last six weeks. Or maybe I need to adjust my thinking about how the scale behaves based on that. I'm going to give it some time to see if things start to arrange themselves in a way that makes more sense to me.
I’m all over the place. Proof what stress does to my body, my sleep & my weight. 2/28: 178.6 3/1: 177.2
3/6: 180.3
3/7: 180.0
3/8: 180.5
3/9: 178.2 Goal for March: -2lbs (175.2)
Wendy: My scale is showing remarkable consistency. Which I'm finding a little frustrating. I suppose what we both want is a nice steady fall. Too bad it doesn't seem to work that way.
a bit all over the place is quite a good description of me this month too. I've bounced around a bit & am quite happy that I'm still slightly below what I started the month at. I'm not sure if my target is still within reach, but there's still a couple of weeks left to drop a couple of pounds if I apply myself.
current: 15st 2.5lb / 213lb
loss this month: 0.75lb
still going the right direction, albeit very slowly. I have next week off work so hopefully I can get out & be a bit more active. also, we go onto daylight saving this coming weekend so I'll be able to do a bit more during the week - I feel like I've been in hibernation for the last six months!
