    we're in the annual two week period at work where all us Euro's turn up an hour late to zoom meetings with US staff
  • Unfortunately for me the extra hour of light later just means it’s not as dark when I leave my office. I have a few more weeks of crazy at work then I can get back into rebuilding my house & taking care of my health.

    for now I’m still yo-yo all over the place. Still have a week to see if I’ll meet my goal 🤞

  • Wendy: I'm trying a blender concoction of cottage cheese, yogurt, frozen berries, banana, and cinnamon -- topped with 1/4 cup of granola. It seems to be working for me!

    not really what I'd hoped for this month, but I didn't really put in the effort, so I'm grateful that I lost anything.

    the weather has been lousy here this week, so I haven't been able to get out & get any exercise as I'd planned, but hopefully now that we have the lighter evenings I can be a bit more active.
