I lost over 10 pounds a few years ago and I'm still putting on weight.
Remember that a body needs everything but in measure.
It was very helpful for me to eat a snack every 2 to 3 hours, so that the digestion remains well underway.
I'm no expert either, but that's how I learned it.
I had to eat less carbohydrates.
But that doesn't mean it will work for you, because every body is different.
