so sorry I haven't been posting. I was out of town for a few days and had problems with the internet at the motel I stayed at. didn't get much exercise those few days but it was good to get away.

my brother and his family left to go home today. started the clean-up/laundry shortly before they left. went for a power walk and ran an errand. will take a shower in a few minutes.

good morning ladies! great work on the 3 miles. will have breakfast and work out in a few minutes. started re-making the beds my brother, sister-in-law, nephew and niece slept in. have two done. may do another bed later on today.

That foam roller helped so much, it didn't take all of the pain away but it did get rid of quite a bit of the big old charlie horse I had.
