Default Too many restricted items in 1 day

After about 7 weeks of slow weight loss, I just realized that I've been consuming more than 1 restricted item daily. I had no idea. I'm really surprised my center did not notice or say anything. Has anyone else done the same thing? If so, did you notice any impact in your weight loss?

Hey guys, I set up a meeting with my local clinic about starting the IP diet. I really hope I start Monday.. I want to start ASAP.. also what is the price to meet with your coach every week? Really hoping I can afford this diet.

Back when I was going to a clinic, there was no charge for my weekly weighin. I only paid for food products. The initial cost, however, was about $200, if I remember correctly. i went in on "group night" and recived a discount That initail cost covered a weeks worth of food, ne month's supply of supplements and my shaker bottle. Different clinics charge differently. Unfortunately, it is not the same across the board. I also have discovered through a FB page and ppl here that not all advice from coaches is the same. Just a head's up on that...

Thanks! I had my consultation today. I'm wanting to join the army so I need to lose 100 pounds or go down from 50% body fat to 32% body fat. My coach thinks I can reach that by the army physical test in november/december. I'm a little skeptical. What do you guys think? I'm pretty young at 21 so hopefully I can lose a little faster than older people.

I'm going to be starting tomorrow! My mom and I are doing it together so hopefully that will help keep us both on track.

I'm an older person (LOL) and I was surprised at how fast it went. I lost 57 in 5 months.

November/December of this year might be a little bit ambitious, but as you state, you are younger. Just please don't try to "game" the protocol to lose quicker. It will likely backfire on you.

Good luck!

Wow marcibeaucoup 57lbs in 5 months!!! That is great! I am hoping to lose 60 lbs in the next 6-7 months...but I find this long term planing hard to keep me motivated.

My idea...my jeans...I have 3 pairs of jeans...my fat jeans...when I got up to 165lbs.. (now I am 187 lbs), my Tommy jeans...when I weighed 145lbs...loved them and my 'you did it girl' Silver jeans...when I weighed 125lbs...these will be my three major goals!

Here is to day 2!

I hit my 3 month mark. I am super happy with my results. Considering this is probably the 100th time I rebooted. But, it hit home when I seen a picture of me in February of this year. I thought dang girl... What the heck happened. So I am amazed that I haven't cheated and doing well. Keep going!!❤💓💖💗👭👆

Just finished my first week and I lost 6 pounds on the dot! Days 3 and 4 were the hardest for me (was tired and irritable) but I'm feeling a lot better now so stick with it and it definitely gets easier!
