I just joined last Friday and am going in this coming Friday for my first check in. I didn't want to see my start number since I'm hoping I see some progress after week 1, which will make it more motivating!!
I worked out 7 full days of meals, cleaned out my apartment of literally ANY other food products and used a grocery delivery service to deliver exactly what I needed for the week. Looking to make this as idiot proof as possible! I think I probably have 70-80 pounds I want to lose, so I'm giving myself mentally 12 months to get there and stabilize!
