Had MIL over for dinner. Allowed a freer meal tonight, steak, sweet potato, veggies, wine and strawberries

leftovers tonight. We have a pile of stuff to pick from. I will probably have steak, veggies and melon. Trying to keep it light today.
MTA - nope I had leftover chicken and leftover fish and made tacos out of it (corn tortillas).

I've got a very small skinny piece of steak which I hope to transform into some sort of stir-fry with baby bok choy, red pepper strips, carrot shreds green onions and some soy sauce. I might have it with quinoa or some brown rice.

lamb chops with a garlic mint vinagrette. Underdeveloped broccoli rabe because it is flowering before setting adequate heads

Crunchy Cashew Thai Quinoa Salad with some thinly sliced grilled chicken added to the mix.
