Hi Everyone!!
So far so good with the electricity!! We were told there may
be rollling blackouts but since our power came back on it
has stayed on We feel blessed, because my dad
was having one heck of a time with his breathing and so many
folks only had the power restored today!!!!!!! Shocking!!!
I always took electrity for granted, never again We are
trying hard to conserve power as we have been asked by our
government. We do have the air conditioning on in our home
because my dad is very dependant upon it. I figure, there is
no sin in that. I am so grateful this didn't happen in January or
February. It would have been brutal. I am starting to think
Toronto is cursed!!!!! Sars ! & 2, West Nile, Mad Cow, Blackout?
Gee Whiz!!!! What next. (I better not ask that one)

Our weather has been so hot & humid. These are truly the
dog days of summer!!!

My son James was up four pounds today. He is totally upset
and angry I told him that he well could be building muscle
and muscle weights more than fat Nikkic, you are doing
great. I too have these fluctuations of weight during times of
festivities etc. this is all normal. We have done A1
Think about what we weighed last year at this time. My goal is
to be below 200 by Christmas. For me that means 15 pounds.
That is goal enough for me. One thing I have learned from banging my head into the wall so many times. Slow and steady
wins the race!!!!

Aleka, I am so happy you were not effected by the power out!!!
I love those cream cheese pancakes. Me and DH eat them every
Sunday for Supper. Its like a real treat for us I use this no
sugar added syrup. Just love it!!!!
