I tried several apps - after some while of testing I can recommend the YAZIO app.
The basic functions are completely free, and I like the design much more than the MyFitnessPal app… At

At the beginning I was just curious if food tracking would work for me but after two weeks I was definitely convinced. I don’t see that it is necessary anymore to pay for a special diet. I could lose 3 pounds within two weeks just with controlling my eating habits.
