I'd like to join this too. I just got back from a 3 week long vacation where I gained 5 pounds so I need all the help staying accountable to lose that and more. I'm hoping to reach my goal of 160 by then. I'm starting off at 173.

Ladies-Next week please post your starting weight from the time of this challenge and your loss so I can calculate the percentage.
I would say this week Namaste is our winner!!! Though I have no prize, I'll keep a running tally for fun.

goldengirlamy=Loss of 1 lb.
Momof3premies=Loss of 2.4 lbs
Namaste=Loss of 3.2 lbs
Cherlioos=Loss of 1lbs

Not a big weight loss but since I just got off antidepressants and have had a bit of a weight spike, I am proud of this weight!
