Just a quick note to wish you all a joyous and Happy Easter

Its just after six in the morning and already I am up to start
the preparations for our Easter Meal which we will eat at
about 1pm because my son has to work I figure I will eat
my big meal at one and splurge and have a turkey sandwhich
at 6:00. Wow, potatoes, bread, rubarb pie, I will go into a
carbo como

Happy Easter to everyone,
Yesterday was my little celebration. DD had her ham dinner and we enjoyed ourselves. Today, my girls are going to see their dad and DH is sleeping, since he is working til next weekend.
I've decided it's about time for me to get back in gear as far as dieting and exercise goes. I took the last 2 days off and I can tell it. I haven't gotten on the scale yet, but I know that won't be good news.

Anne, I'm so proud of you. Your really doing great on the gazelle. I think I could probably empty out my exercise room and just have that in there, with the tv and exercise tapes I use and that would make me happy. DH still uses the treadmill, but he has also started to use the gazelle and says he can tell it gives him something the treadmill doesn't.
Your meal sounds delicious, I love turkey dinners the best. I'm practically drooling right now just thinking about it.

Aleka, I saw Greer C. has an infomercial out now for the Body Flex +. It includes the exercise bar.
Have you watched any of the Fashion Week on HSN? I love Carolyn Strauss clothes and bought quite a few of her things this time. They are perfect for summer, very light weight and feel like your walking around wearing pj's. I love the way they skim over a persons body, hiding the "challenges" as they say. Certainly too cool to wear in the winter without something on underneath.

Cheryl, hope your enjoying your Easter weekend. Don't worry about eating off plan, just get back on when your ready. I think weight loss is something that is an on going thing. We all have times when we take a day or two (or week or two ) off, but I think the important thing is to get back on track and don't feel one ounce of guilt. Just feel good that your doing the right thing, right now.

Hope your all enjoying your weekend and that God is providing you with many blessings in your lives. Nikki
