Hi. I just started on 7/3. So today was my third day. So far, so good. No nearly as hard as I expected. I am close to the same starting weight. My first goal is simply 10 lbs by the end of the first month. I will have my first WI on Friday, even though it has not been a full week, I will need more supplies, plus I need to trade in the orange drink I don't like. Good Luck to all of us! I am so excited to finally have started this diet!
