  • Hi! I just started IP on Monday. I lost 2 lbs first day but then my coach told me not to weigh daily so I won't know how much I'm losing until Monday! I had a rough 3 days....seemed to be hungry all the time! But today seems much better, my coach says I am likely in Ketosis!!!!
  • Congratulations on making the choice of changing your lifestyle. IP is a great program and I would suggest it to anyone, I have been on it for 8 weeks now and have lost 41 lbs and 49 inches. Its quick, easy and the food it great. I can't say enough good things about it....GOOD LUCK!!

  • Hi. I just started on 7/3. So today was my third day. So far, so good. No nearly as hard as I expected. I am close to the same starting weight. My first goal is simply 10 lbs by the end of the first month. I will have my first WI on Friday, even though it has not been a full week, I will need more supplies, plus I need to trade in the orange drink I don't like. Good Luck to all of us! I am so excited to finally have started this diet!
