New to IP!
Hi everyone! Today is my first day on IP and I am very excited. I have all my IP meals and my dinner this evening planned out and feel very prepared to succeed!
How has everyone else been doing? How many weeks on plan and how much have you lost? I'm starting at 160...anyone else start around that weight? Have a great day everyone! |

Welcome!! I've done many diets that didn't work or I didn't stick with. This diet is amazing and has changed my life. Looks like you have 30 lbs to lose. I lost that pretty quickly (though I had more to lose than you). Have a great first day!

Good morning,
I'm in my fourth week, 16 lbs down according to my "unofficial scales", and things are going well. I'm not overly hungry, have been able to avoid the cheats, and am enjoying the weight loss but more so feeling better! Good luck and hang in there. |
I am down 18 pounds in 5 weeks. My clothes that were getting tight are fitting great. Some are a little loose. I am enjoying being the incredible shrinking woman. Stick thru the hard times. It is so worth it.

Good luck ! I am down 15lbs in five weeks. This has been very easy for me to stick to so far. I feel better than I have in a long time. I still have 35lbs to lose but feel confident that I will achieve it :)

Welcome!! I am on my second week (WI2 is tomorrow) and I can tell you that this diet gets way easier after the fourth day or so. In the start I was like...ugh this sucks. Today I realized that I stopped having any issues with the diet...other than sometimes I am hungry and I need to make myself drink more water!
Last week I lost 6.5# and I am hoping to have lost four this week. The food is tasty and the body clearing out itself is quite nice. I am sure you will have great success! These boards are great for info, make sure you use them! |
I started at 170 and I am down 18 pounds as of today at my 6th weigh in. IP does work, just like everyone says, as long as you can stick to it! Good luck and I'm excited for you!

Hey! I have only weighed myself on my scale (go to doc on Friday to get official weight and will start IP on Friday) and I'm at about 159. My goal weight is 120 because i'm only 5'2". was told that's a good weight to be at with my body type. So I have 40 lbs to lose. We are starting IP at similar times that's cool! :)
