Hi all, I'm new here but have enjoyed reading your messages! I was diognosed with fibromyalgia in Sept and am feel much better now. My main prob is lack of energy but after reading her I wonder if a low carb plan would help? I have 100+ lbs to lose but excersise is hard because I am stiff the next day but honestly I just don't like it How do I put thoses cutie lil thingys in my messages?? Hello and Welcome Wildrose. Nice to have you with us. Glad that you are feeling better. I started on Atkins in October and the fatigue is so much better. I still have days when I am tired, but it is not that exhaustive kind of fatigue. Gosh, I hate that. Also, done most of my Christmas baking and have only have a cookie. Just don't feel the need to eat it. The other thing is, that the IBS is also about 100% better since starting on Atkins.

Candice, my Trolls aren't ugly!! Poor little fellows. How can you say that I am afraid that my hubby would agree with you.

Welcome, Wildrose. I guess you get used to the fatigue-I take a nap every day. Brad got a Dodge Ram 2500 in blue and he's ordering a gray cap for it-it's a work truck. Going for a walk today but the sciatica is awful. Count your blessings-I learned that a long time ago. A friend of mine is in the pits about the holidays-she's widowed but for a long time-and she keeps thinking about one bad thing that's going on in her family instead of the many good things. People make their own happiness-Anagram, you have a wonderful attitude about this ordeal. Keep it up. Gotta go get dressed. I guess I'm the only one that isn't baking-I'll have to do some!!!Mima

Well...almost done...maybe I'll get to enjoy the weekend!!! Got all my presents wrapped tonight and all the decorating, etc. is done. Just have to clean tomorrow and get in groceries tomorrow night.

Daughter called today and asked if I could keep Jenna THREE nights! AND ALL DAY MONDAY, TOO! Haven't done that in a very long time...maybe never...just Jenna! She's the baby (3 yrs.) so I'm looking forward to it!

I've just got to tell you what happened at her 'tool' (school...she still doesn't talk too plain! ) There are 10 kids in her class at preschool and she is the ONLY girl. All 9 little boys, ages 3 & 4, are crazy about her. Her 'best buddy' (her words) is Daniel but she says he's NOT her boyfriend! Well...they were supposed to dress warmly to go to a tree farm and pick out a Christmas tree for their classroom last week and when Jenna got to school her teacher told a little boy named Wyatt that Jenna was there and he could go get his gift now. My daughter said the little boy ran to his cubby and brought back a pair of Dora the Explorer gloves (glubs) for Jenna. His mom had told the teacher that morning that they went shopping for him some mittens and a stocking cap to wear to the tree farm and he had insisted she buy those for Jenna...when his mom said no, he (4 yrs. old now) took his OWN money and bought them for her!!! Then, that night, when her mom picked her up she said Jenna gave Wyatt a big hug and said, "don't tell Daniel you're my boyfriend, it might hurt his feelings"!!! Tuesday evening when my daughter went to pick her up the teacher said she had them all go get their coats out of the coat room and get ready to go home. Well... she said Jenna and Daniel were missing so she went to look for them. She found them in the coat room...Jenna had on Daniels coat and Daniel had on Jenna's coat and they were kissing ON THE MOUTH! But when asked what her and Daniel were doing, Jenna says, "I did NOT tiss Daniel!" YOU GOTTA LOVE EM!

I don't think I ever said welcome to Wildrose. So... WELCOME! I have a problem with exercise and energy, too. I got my gold shot today so I know my energy will plumet this weekend...got my flu shot, too. Both at the same time! I know, I know, DUMB! That's one reason I've been working like crazy to get everything done, so I could just rest and enjoy the baby! I may enlist hubby's help and do some of my baking but I'll do most of it Monday and Tuesday. Everyone's coming here Christmas Day.

Funny, funny Meme-I love to hear stories about little kids-they are so inocent. Just bought the greatest shoes to walk in the winter-from Land's End through Sears-waterproof suede slipons with heavy rubber soles-only I had to order them on-line cuz Sears was all out-only 24.50. I have to be good to myself because of this nasty winter and I need to walk. Did yesterday and will do it today!!!!That's the secret for me. I HAVE DONE NO BAKING!!!!I'll just eat it but must do some. Sugar free banana cream pie for my SIL on Sunday!!!!! Wish they would make the pudding with Splenda instead of aspertame which gives me GAS!!!!!How are you doing ANagram. No one should complain with all the stuff you have to go through right now!!!!Bye for now-have lots of little things to catch up on. Meme- my sister sent me that same game one night. I is cute..I too have all my shopping done but for a few things at the gro.store. No wrapping done yet.I had my knee injeced this week and it really put me down for a couple days. I hate thos things.

I too need to make the effort to get back to my walking. My colesterol went up 100 points. My eating hasn't changed all that much. Maybe I have been slipping a little too much. I am doing very little baking. a couple pies and a few cookies. They always end up in my hand.
