Hi ladies! I hope you all had a good Christmas and have a very happy new year! I stayed on plan this holiday... yay! I had marked Christmas day as a "cheat" day and promised myself I wouldn't count any calories that day. I stuck to that plan and then was very strict the rest of the week. I am exactly the same weight today that I was on and right before Christmas... so no gain I am hoping to actually have a loss for the week by Saturday. I love that I can go off "plan" ...in a planned out way ...and it doesn't throw me off course at all anymore... thats a huge step.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I started a weekly accountability weigh in thread to keep myself on track. It will show my progress from starting weight all the way until goal. It is in the 100 lb club sub-forum. I would love for anyone else who would like to join me to make a post in it and track their weekly progress until their goal!! Good luck everyone!

Im starting my exercises in the morning and i have anxiety about it. wierd huh? but I think its because im afraid i wont be able to do it and ill give up. i REALLY dont want to give up! My addiction for food is already starting to give me excuses why i shouldnt even try it! I know i have to learn to ignore it and just keep moving forward and that it will get easier, but the toughest part for me is just to START. isnt that silly?
