Hi ladies! I hope you all had a good Christmas and have a very happy new year! I stayed on plan this holiday... yay! I had marked Christmas day as a "cheat" day and promised myself I wouldn't count any calories that day. I stuck to that plan and then was very strict the rest of the week. I am exactly the same weight today that I was on and right before Christmas... so no gain

I am hoping to actually have a loss for the week by Saturday. I love that I can go off "plan" ...in a planned out way ...and it doesn't throw me off course at all anymore... thats a huge step.
