yesterday: (had a family christmas - food wasn't entirely on plan, but i did well with portions)
1: ww toast topped with scrambled eggs/peppers/onions
2: black beans, chicken, lettuce,tomato, salsa bowl
3: ww pasta (small amt.), 1 meatball, marinara sauce, spinach salad, wilted greens and garlic
4: glass of white wine and a bit of cranberry cake (bad!)

today:
1: oat groats
2: salad?
3: more salad? probably going out for dinner, will update later
exercise: 45-60 min. treadmill, 30 min. strength training circuit
