    S: RF cheese stick
    L: Salmon, large salad, carrots, hummus
    S: Tall skinny latte
    D: Chili, RF cheese
    S: Almond butter
  • 1: ww toast topped with mushed up veggie fritatta and a bit of leftover chili
    2: leftover chili (would this get GONE already?!)
    3: some snack post workout
    4: wedding tonight - no idea what food is going to be there, i'll assume chicken

    exercise: 45-60 min. treadmill, strength training circuit - 30-45 min.
  • Breakfast: Water with meat and stew.
    Lunch: Water with meat and stew.
    Dinner: Water with meat and stew.
    Snacks 1: Water with meat and stew
    Snacks 2: Water with meat and stew
    Snack 3: Water with meat and stew
  • yesterday: (had a family christmas - food wasn't entirely on plan, but i did well with portions)
    1: ww toast topped with scrambled eggs/peppers/onions
    2: black beans, chicken, lettuce,tomato, salsa bowl
    3: ww pasta (small amt.), 1 meatball, marinara sauce, spinach salad, wilted greens and garlic
    4: glass of white wine and a bit of cranberry cake (bad!)

    exercise:
    60 min. treadmill

    today:
    1: oat groats
    2: salad?
    3: more salad? probably going out for dinner, will update later
