Ok...so I need to get better at ready the labels ladies!

We had individual serving cups of Ted Drews Frozen Custard at work today. I checked out the label...decided since I had a light lunch I had enough points and ate it. When I took the lid with the nutrient label back to my desk to check it out on my point finder it came out to 5 pts. Not too shabby for a cup of chocolate frozen custard. But....oh wait....it was two 1/2 cup servings! DOH! Stupid me! Since I used 10 pts for a mid afternoon snack I am having some peel and eat shrimp and a zero point veggie stir fry for dinner. With a little cocktail sauce it will add up to a whopping 2 pt dinner!

Guess I learned my lesson. '

Is it friday yet????

When I sort my beans I often find little pebbles that have made their way into the beans. Well, not real often, but three or four times is enough to convince me to sort through so my teeth don't break. That's why I sort. And you want to soak them, because the bad beans will float up to the top, and then you can get rid of them. Just MHO, hope it helps.

It was great! I am not so sure it was worth 10 pts though! Next time I will eat half for 5 points and save the rest for the next day.

Jennifer-
I weigh in on Saturday also! I hope we are both able to say goodbye to a pound or two!

If I lose even a little bit I am going to reward myself for a job well done (on Week 1) and get a manicure. : )
