my boyfriend thinks I eat really well and has no idea why I don't lose more than I do weekly. He has no idea that I eat a lot in secret (definition of a binge I guess). I would like to prove him right soon and lose more.

Lexapro has helped my binge eating A lot! Anybody else tried this med? My husband knows about my binge eating to a point but he has no idea about how bad it gets. Id start at one fast food place and go from their to a couple others, till I felt sick. This might even be after supper. Always by myself.

I can barely go out with out getting some fast food i'm addicted to the stuff. Now that im on the Lexapro Its a lot better, only one place and only if its been a while sense I last ate.

I've been with my boyfriend for 6 years, and he still doesn't know. I still hide food from him. It's humiliating, and I'm hoping no more!!

I'm not sure if I'd call myself a binger or not, but I can definitely pack away the food. So can my husband, though. We once ate a half gallon of cookies and cream ice cream in one setting. Our meals are always big too.

I haven't binged since I have been married. That is a little over 6 years now. But being obese, it's rather silly to assume I can hide it.

My husband is the FIRST man I have ever been able to talk about my weight, my eating and all that. Mostly because he too, struggles with his weight. Being Venus and Mars, of course we have completely different ideas on how to lose weight, but at least the subject isn't a sensitive one anymore.

It wasn't until last fall that I finally was able to say my true weight out loud to him! Whew. Bringing this all up has really helped us both come to terms with that formerly secretive world we lived in. We are no longer alone in the weight issues we share. Still, not everything is comfortable....I am still dieting and he is still over-eating!
