I have updated as far as Tiara, the last new pledge.

I will start from there on Sunday!

I'll add my weight later on Sunday (or I guess not that later compared to those in the US...) as I work, but Sunday is fine!

On a sadder note, my scales at my flat say 2lbs higher than the ones at my parents house, so I'm on 203.2lbs

only lost 1lb, so 156.

being stuck at home because of all this snow has really hindered me this week.
Oh well, no excuses, i obviously didn't try hard enough... doubt i'll meet my goal this month.

Have lost 5 lb, so back down to 210 - thank heavens!

I'm really worried about my back. I've always occasionally had back problems, but since joining the gym I've been in agony. I can barely move today! Going to need to see someone

I've came down with the flu *sigh* Back to bed...

Edit: I just weighed in at 200.2lbs! I'm really pleased considering I feel this awful!

hello everyone..today i am 245 i lost 9 pounds of holiday gain im so excited... just 6 more pounds to go tilll im at my lowest weight....

Aww, thank you! I woke up and thought it was just a cold, but then it morphed into the horrible flu-monster, and the doctor has told me not to leave the house.
