I'm the same as last week - considering all the parties I've been to, the rum I've consumed and the pizza I ate (oops), I'm actually really happy. I've been a bit worried about getting back on track, but with a new month looming, I'm ready! I wore a skirt last night that was falling off me too, which made me very pleased
I like fighting fit in february. And it's a great idea to say all welcome too!
Ellie, I was going to ask you about why you decided to remove carbs from your diet. How has it been? Do you think you would have lost as much weight if you hadn't done it? Is it what you did the last time you lost weight? I'm think about doing it. Carbs tend to make me feel puffy and lethargic. I will be sad to say goodbye to them though!
