My body is being a jerk and for some reason doesn't like to be in the 190's. Here's to fighting this.

One more pound lost! I'm starting a couch to 5k kind of program today. I'm doing a distance based training program vs. the traditional time based one. W1D1 is 1/2 mile, and I didn't realize how short that was.

I'm so happy to see this has been revived while I've been away.
I'm still in the 190's although I have lost a couple pounds! Hooray!
My body is being very stingy lately with the weight loss and seems to like it in the 190s. I've started back to the elliptical and hoping to get a treadmill for home soon!!! Let's go ladies!! We can do it!

Hi everyone! I am also struggling to get out of the 190's. I am at the higher end and ready to be in the 180's. I am making a commitment to focus on just getting into the 180's.

Mrstobe...I did the couch to 5K last year and it was wonderful. It is a great way to make it to running a 5K within 2 months! Perfect time of year to start running in my opinion!!

I'm still working on losing. I haven't been very good to my body lately, so I have gone back to healthier eating and hopping on my elliptical every day! I'm throwing in some weight training using my own body weight for resistance (ie: push ups, crunches, etc). So far, nada... but it's only been a few days.
189, here we come!!!

I am so close to being out of the 190's... weighed in at 190.6 on Friday. Gonna bust my booty at the gym this week and pray my body will finally say hello to the 180's.

As some of you other ladies, I am also taking a break from the scale! I weigh myself daily and am a bit obsessed. I am trying to make myself only weigh in once a week. We'll see how it goes. LOL.

nevaeh - CONGRATS! You are so close, I'm sure you can just see that 189 on the scale. Here's to you hitting it this weekend!!!

bjeweled - Sounds like a great plan!

I am a daily weigh-er on a regular basis. BUT this week I am trying out working out first thing in the morning. I am a morning person, so as soon as I roll out of bed, I am pretty much awake. I used to weigh just before I hopped in the shower, so since I'm showering after the workout, I don't want to freak myself out with a weird number. Maybe tonight I will move my scale so I can weigh before I workout. Here's to wishful thinking of a lower number.

Woo, made it to onederland today! 199.5lb! But I'm suuuuper pumped to get out of the 190s fast and back to the 180s, which was my HS weight Junior & Senior year (160s Freshman & Sophomore year) and well on my way to goal!

Today I'm doing some Jillian, probably pilates since it's become my addiction and I've been doing it everyday, and cardio with my friend later.

Thank god for online classes and being unemployed at the moment (never thought I'd say THAT lol) so I have no excuse to not work hard!
