I'm not even getting on the scale this week. I was 193 as of Monday morning, but it's my TOM this week (just started), so I don't want to discourage myself

I wish I was as smart as you last week. It caused me much unnecessary whining.

So I skipped spinning, but ran a LOT. My leg is kinda cramped right now, and I stretched, so I hope by drinking water it'll be great for spinning tomorrow.

Debating weighing myself or not...it seems to keep me from stuffing my face during the day, so maybe I will.

Woot! I've lost 4 lbs total. I really hope I can keep up this pace, I will be out of the 190's in no time.

So I mentioned I started back on the elliptical again last friday, so that puts me at a week of getting up extra early to hop on every morning. I gained 3 pounds! grrr, my body builds muscle quickly and I just packed these pounds on.
Lucky or unlucky? You decide.

I keep getting on the scale and crossing my fingers that the number went down. So far, not happening. 195 this morning...

HOORAY for all of you losing! jennierose, mrstobe

Thanks!

I would say you're lucky for converting to muscle quickly. Even when I played sports and was really active I just couldn't build muscle quickly. I couldn't get the sexy definition in my legs, arms and abs....lucky!!!

Haha....so I caved and got on the scale this morning, even though I am still dealing with the end of TOM. I am down a pound to 191...so freaking close to being in the 180's. So crazy!!!

bejeweled - Big CONGRATS!! It's tough to get a job in this economy, let alone your dream job - that deserves some celebration!! WOOT!
chele - WOW! You are almost out of the 190's! Congrats to you! Hopefully you'll jump over to the 180s thread soon, just know we'll all be right behind you!
stellarosa - way to be!
mrstobe - Thanks for the encouragement!! It's much needed right now.

I have been doing my best, but am still coming in at 195... and tom is coming later this week. Anyhow, I'll keep truckin'!

Congrats to everyone on their losses! I'm at 194.6 today. I'm surprised to see a loss after having the whole weekend at the drag races. No good food there!
