I love to workout in the ungodly heat!! it makes me feel good. I wait till noon.

I have not tried it myself, but I have heard that sage tea is good and regulates sweating.

I work out five days and skip Saturday and Sunday...the only times I've skipped a weekday have been when I've push mowed the front and back yard during 95+ degree heat and sunshine. HRM said I burned 350+ calories, so I slacked on a regular day....

I'm skpping mine tonight and going to bed. I have had a rough day, stayed within my calories but had 2 glasses of wine which made me sleepy. I am done.

You know sometimes you just have to say **** it. Tomorrow is another day.
