I work out five days and skip Saturday and Sunday...the only times I've skipped a weekday have been when I've push mowed the front and back yard during 95+ degree heat and sunshine. HRM said I burned 350+ calories, so I slacked on a regular day....
I'm skpping mine tonight and going to bed. I have had a rough day, stayed within my calories but had 2 glasses of wine which made me sleepy. I am done.
You know sometimes you just have to say **** it. Tomorrow is another day.
