Spoz - hang in there. It'll start moving again.

I'm at a stall right now, in fact, went up about 1.1 lb. I wish I could say I didn't know why, but it was all within my control : (

Let's both try to stay positive this week!

Hi girls - today was hair cut and errand day - I ate fast food 2x!!!!!! I never do that! For lunch I had a grilled chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A and a small garden salad with lt. italian. Dinner was half a tuna sub from subway (I know tuna loaded with mayo no doubt wasn't the wisest choice... I just wanted it). On a good note - I did an hour walk/run (my "wog") in a hilly part of town. Legs felt kinda weak when done, which is GOOD!

Spoz and Silver - let's all hang in there together... I'm just kinda surviving till the big day is over ... SO MUCH to do!

Kimberly - At your weight, I know you look GORGEOUS in your dress... you will be rockin' it at your wedding this weekend. Just remember, GUYS LIKE HIPS!!!!! Really, they do! So, if you have a little curve in your dress, that is a good thing!

Bye ladies!

Spoz- sorry you have been so frustrated by the plateau

Kimberly- Ahhh a day off is nice now and then. I take two off per week.

silverstar- I hope you are off to a good start today.

Claire- sounds like we should be walking partners LOL. You'd be good motivation for me.

Well I started off the day with a nice walk. Tomorrow will be day 20 binge-free and I am so excited. I reward myself a bit every ten days binge free.

Aww, thanks Claire - I know it's partly my "warped" body image that I'm relying on, but I think that if I keep doing well until Sunday I should be fine. A body slimmer would make me a lot more confident though; plus I have other events I could wear it to (so it wouldn't be a waste of money). I'm jealous of your haircut - I want one but I'm waiting until the end of the summer to cut it since it's so easy to throw it into a ponytail before hitting the gym.

Not much else to update on so I will check in later/tomorrow!

So I ended up not buying the waist nipping thing....none of them made THAT much of a different to justify spending $20-$30 dollars on it. My mom reminded me that I'm the one zeroing in on my hips, but everyone else looks at "the whole picture." As long as I stand up straight, suck in my stomach a bit and wear high heels, I should look OK!

I was very OP today food and exercise-wise, so I let myself have a WW ice cream cup which was pretty good for only 2 points. I think I'll work out tomorrow, Friday and Saturday, and take Sunday off so I can get ready for this wedding.

Well, I should get to bed so I will sign off for now! Good night everyone

Thanks for the support and encouragement girls! Thankfully despite yet another ill week and feeling totally hopeless I stuck to plan thinking I had nothing to lose, but I did, and I now only have 1 lb to lose before I reach mini goal Hope you're doing okay too silver!

Good morning featherweight chicks

Kimberly - Oh I am familiar with the WW ice cream cups - they are good for the low point value! Hope you have a good day today!

Dagmar- thank you It is a really big accomplishment for me. I struggle a lot with binge eating.

Spoz - Oh my gosh - that is awesome!!!!!!!!! Only one more week until you first goal then

Today is day 20 binge-free!!!! This is a big hurdle for me, so I am feeling excited.

DH is out of town for work again (he travels a lot for work). So no walking yet again I think I need to pull out an exercise DVD so I at least get something in when I need to work out at home. I used to do Walk Away the Pounds, but I gave those all away when we moved.

Another thing is, we will be out of town for the 4th of July (3-7th) and I want to power walk every day leading up to the trip because I am a little worried about eating and stuff on that trip.

Today a sitter is coming so I can go to two appointments plus some errands child-free Always a nice break now and then.

Default I better start swimming, or I'll sink like a stone...

Thanks Spoz! I need the encouragement right now.

I did a really crappy job today. A lot of excuses, but none are good enough to make up for the feeling of not sticking to this. Excuses got me to this point, nothing but hard work and diligence is going to get me away from it.

Dang it, I want to be able to justify using a dancing carrot in one of these postings not just the blushing cheek guy!

I guess I'll add it to the motivator list to try and get back on board.

Sorry for being so down and out. I feel bad about just joining this community and acting like a two ton achor. You chicks have been great and I really appreciate it!

Silver weight loss is a long difficult journey and we all make mistakes, trust me I can easily binge a good 7000cals once I get going and thats when it all goes downhill! But you have to look at patterns and why you do it and then spot it next time! Honestly you can do it! Sometimes the scales just take a while to catch up, just hang in there

I have a "challenge" of my own coming up today......I have to go to a lunch meeting for work, and apparently the meal includes pizza, salad, and desserts I am planning on eating mainly salad, and either a small piece of pizza OR one cookie/brownie if I really want it. I brought some fruit, veggies and yogurt to eat in the morning and afternoon so I won't be so hungry and end up eating too much at lunch. Holding onto that as tightly as I can right now!!!

Planning to work out today and tomorrow, and "pamper" myself a little.....aka paint my nails which I never ever do. I might also burn some CDs and put together a couple small care packages for my friends who are away at camp right now (as counselors). Sunday is the big day (wedding) for my sister's friend, so I will focus on eating VERY light for breakfast/lunch and not stuffing myself later in the day, since I'm sure there will be lots of goodies.

Today my dad is coming with me to the gym to show me how to "pump iron" with the best of 'em Wish me luck!

Here's to an OP weekend!!!

Silver - Try to put the past behind you - remember that ONE day in the big scheme of things is not going to really hurt your plan. Just focus on eating light the rest of the week, and go BURN SOME CALORIES!!

Well another Friday = another weigh in day and I lost .8 lbs - almost a pound. I knew my loss would be less this week since I could not exercise much at all and I think I am also a bit bloated.

Silverstar today is a new day, right?

Kimberly- I hope you were able to avoid the temptations at work. Boy your office sounds like a diet minefield LOL. I'd have to leave that job and go to work ordering produce or something

Spoz- I hope today is another great one for you!

DS and I will be picking DH up at the airport - he returns from a business trip - and then we are all going to see Wall-E (the new Pixar movie). Today I am feeling a bit out of sorts with the weight loss stuff. Hopefully I can get in some sort of exercise later.
