I'm at a stall right now, in fact, went up about 1.1 lb. I wish I could say I didn't know why, but it was all within my control : (

but I'm waiting until the end of the summer to cut it since it's so easy to throw it into a ponytail before hitting the gym.

As long as I stand up straight, suck in my stomach a bit and wear high heels, I should look OK!

It is a really big accomplishment for me. I struggle a lot with binge eating.
Oh my gosh - that is awesome!!!!!!!!! Only one more week until you first goal then 
I think I need to pull out an exercise DVD so I at least get something in when I need to work out at home. I used to do Walk Away the Pounds, but I gave those all away when we moved.
Always a nice break now and then.

I am planning on eating mainly salad, and either a small piece of pizza OR one cookie/brownie if I really want it. I brought some fruit, veggies and yogurt to eat in the morning and afternoon so I won't be so hungry and end up eating too much at lunch. Holding onto that
as tightly as I can right now!!!
