Hi everyone,

Thank you, Thin, for the Wendie plan. I'll give it a whirl. I follow RS foodmover. I'll rotate the 1200, 1400, 1800. 2000 cal plans.
2cute, thanks for the desserts. On the job front, it looks like the competition is very interested in the job. I'm relieved. I'm free to focus on me. In the past two years, I stopped after my bod reached this weight. No more, I'll be trying till the end.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR SYN:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Have a wonderful day,
Malia

Happy Birthday Syn!!

We love and miss you!

Also wanted to share something else with you guys. If it works, this is a picture of me and my hubby when we were dating. A long.....long.......17 years ago & as you can see from the "oh so stunning" uniforms, we worked at Krystal together. As you can also see, I haven't always been overweight. Maybe all those Krystals were the beginning of my downfall! Anyways, just ran across it last night and wanted to share. Love you guys! Hope to see you soon Syn!!

Happy Birthday Syn

QueenB, lovely couple. You're blessed.

Thin, the wendie plan got me thinking of my last major weight loss. I was on the rotation diet. It was total starvation: for three weeks I constantly changed my caloric intake. Then it was a period of maintenance. The weight did peel off. The irony of watching calories: the past three days I have been bingeing and I lost two pounds. Strange. I'll give it a whirl. No harm as long as I stay 1200 calories and above.

To all of you, have a great day. Keep on moving,
Malia

Arrow Tina, Tina , Tina....

I wanted the last post to be just for Syn.... her special post.
But now I want to write to QueenB. LOL

tina... I often get told I have too many smilies or colors , etc.
I hit the back arrow and it takes me back so I can fix them. Sometimes you may have to hit it twice. It shouldn't knock you off for that. I get knocked off lots of times.. but not for too many smilies. Try the back arrow.

And I got a hoot from your interpetation of when too much is a healthy choice. LOL ..when you are eatting the container. LOL

And as far as your whining goes.... Do you want some cheese that???
I know that is an old one... but I still like it.

And what a sweet picture of you and your sweetie. Ahhhhh

And to the rest of you guys.... I give you this picture...
Enjoy your day.

First let me say: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO SYN!!!

Anyhoo, I am good so far with the eating today, however I am a bit bummed cuz I hurt my back yesterday, so I can't do my exercise. I can't do much of anything so I am bored which makes it that much harder to stay OP. I hope this goes away soon. Maybe I'll type more later, cuz this chair is REALLY killing my back!

Talk at ya later,
Jen

Hi everybody! Are we all having a good time at Syn's Surprise Party???? I know I am. I've been playing around with 2cute's silly string. WOW, didn't know how much fun that could be!

My cousin and his wife just left. Came this morning for coffee and to drop off some lake perch. He's retired and it seems he's been occupying his time fishing. I haven't had lake perch since my dad had his boat up north, I want to say the early 80's. So this will be a real treat!

My day has been pretty laid back so far. I watched one of my favorite movies this morning, Save the Last Dance. I got up early. I don't get to watch 'chick flicks' very often living with all these men!

I think I'll take my mom to the furniture store later on. We want to look for one of those recliners that will eject your butt right out of them. You know the ones, right??? Anyway, she's got some pretty aggravating arthritis and finds it hard to get up and down in the chair, so I thought this might help.

Lona: Welcome to our little corner of 3FC's. It's good to have you join us. We're kinda a fun bunch. But hey, you'll figure that out soon enough!!!

LuckyLadyBug: 1,053 calories a day is an awsome figure! Gosh, no wonder we're not losing weight. It's funny that you mentioned this now as I went to see my old WW leader for his meeting Friday and he was saying how WW supports the idea of measuring with your fist size for a cup and your cupped hand holding about 2oz of nuts and your palm being 3oz of meat. But what he tells his members is measure, measure, measure. He says, what if you have this huge paw??? Are you still going to count the palm for 3oz????? "Use the darn scale," he says!!! It's no wonder when the average overage is 1,053 calories a day! YIKES!

2cute: The thing about the Wendie Plan is that you could easily convert it to any calorie plan. The idea is to just fluctuate the amount of food to keep the body guessing. * Have fun with your houseful! I'll be praying for you!

Tina: That must be awful not seeing your honey in 7 weeks! But look at it this way, 'Absence makes the heart grow fonder'. Wait until you have a moment together......better get some silly string! Another cute picture. Gosh, you were young then too!

Jen: Don't kick yourself too bad. Somedays we have to take this thing hour by hour! * Gosh, I hope your back is better soon. I know when mine is out, it is just sooooo draining. You don't feel like doing anything but curling up and dying. Hope you're back to normal real soon.

Katrina: Good luck with the 'plan'. Hope it helps all of us.

Malia: That's it, just rotate the calories and it should work the same way.

Mary: You'll have to give us all the movie review when you get back in.

Well, girls, I'm gonna run out and get some more refreshment for the party. You all keep up the dancing and carrying on while I'm gone. I'll be back in a little while.

Thanks for posting the Wendie plan. It actually sounded reasonable. I could very much relate to this. I was a WW memeber 4 years ago and a big time loser. I would stay on plan years ago and gain weight then I would get frustrated and go on a binge and lose more then usual. This might be the breakthrough I need next time I plateau. Thanks Again!
