Default Blasted Sunday!!

Ok...so here's my Sunday Confessions! The day started off great. Cramps weren't too crazy so I managed to get back on track. Stayed on plan most of the day. Actually, I was even under my calorie limit until about 8pm. I tried Mudpie's suggestion and had half a bag of microwave popcorn. Then I had a medium baked potato with lite sour cream and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. By 10pm, I was still filling snacky so I had about a cup of lite pineapple coconut ice cream. All in all...I didn't do too bad! It could have been MUCH worst!!

Thank You soooooo much Mudpie and kittycat40 for your support! It helped me to know someone was out there rooting for me! And sending me some Zen!

Good Morning Ladies... The busy weekend is over - I managed to eat within my calorie range, drank plenty of water and exercise but still managed to gain 2 lbs.... Perhaps replacing dinner on friday with wine and eating dessert instead of a full meal on saturday was the contributor... ( I thought it was a good choice at the time... ) My hope and determination are still in tact... Hoping to lose those lbs quickly.

This forum definitely helps me maintain focus over the weekend... Knowing I have you all "with me" prevents me from feeling like I am the ONLY one who has to "be good" on the weekends...

I just wanted to report my damage for the weekend. Looks like I'm up .5 lbs! It has to be just water weight...so I'm going to try to put it out of my mind.
