This will be my first time doing a goal for exercise, but would love to join in with you guys. I'll try 15min a day (465). Last week was a tough one so I need to try something to boost me back up.
I was shooting for 800 this month, and got 1400, so I'm going to really up mine this month to 1200. If I go over again this month, I'll up it some more just to keep me motivated.
Well, I didn't meet my goal this month, but not for being lazy! Just no time. I got lots of exercise but I feel like if it is not specifically for that it doesn't count. Just me. Anyway, so let's try for 900 min this month. That is doable.
I made my April goal by the skin of my teeth and only because I did so darn much yard work this weekend. So...I'd saying 800 minutes again for May! And starting off with my 20 minute walk to and from work today!
Well, I blew past last month's goal and broke the thousand minute barrier (a total surprise to a slacker like me!) So, I might as well set my goal high for next month: 1000 minutes for May.
