The 300+ Motivating May Exercise Thread!

  • This will be my first time doing a goal for exercise, but would love to join in with you guys. I'll try 15min a day (465). Last week was a tough one so I need to try something to boost me back up.
  • Okay 1500 Minute goal for me
  • I'm back. I'm going to go for 10 minutes a day: 310 minutes for the month.
  • I was shooting for 800 this month, and got 1400, so I'm going to really up mine this month to 1200. If I go over again this month, I'll up it some more just to keep me motivated.
  • Well, I didn't meet my goal this month, but not for being lazy! Just no time. I got lots of exercise but I feel like if it is not specifically for that it doesn't count. Just me. Anyway, so let's try for 900 min this month. That is doable.
  • I made my April goal by the skin of my teeth and only because I did so darn much yard work this weekend. So...I'd saying 800 minutes again for May! And starting off with my 20 minute walk to and from work today!

    Let me be the first to say:

    Group total = 20 minutes!
  • 20+30=50
  • Well, didn't make lasr months goal. But it's a new day/month so a fresh start. I will do 400 min. this month. Good luck to everyone.





  • Personal Total: 90/1500

    Group Total: 50 + 90 = 140
  • I only got in 40 minutes this morning before being "disturbed."

    Personal Goal: 40/1200

    Group Total: 140 + 40 = 180
  • Well, I blew past last month's goal and broke the thousand minute barrier (a total surprise to a slacker like me!) So, I might as well set my goal high for next month: 1000 minutes for May.
  • 180 + 15 = 195
  • 60 minutes at the gym today :-D

    195 + 60 = 255
  • 25 minute walk this afternoon. I may try and hit the gym later. We shall see.

    255+25=280
  • 30 minutes of walking today ...

    Group Total: 280 + 30 = 310
